This means that rapid fire guns and Shotguns are really good at breaking armor fast. All the other weapons will damage the armor based on tracers hit. The only exceptions to this rule are the Deagle (knocks off 2 Armor levels instead of 1), the Sniper (knocks off all Armor levels instead of 1), and the Poison Dart Gun (ignores armor).
